Trained for the work.
Built for the calling.
Eleva is Missouri's modern college of massage therapy — a 625-hour, board-aligned program preparing the next generation of licensed therapists for board exams, clinical excellence, and a sustainable career.
A craft worthy of the body that receives it.
The therapeutic massage profession is at an inflection point. Clients arrive with more chronic pain, more stress, and more expectations than ever before. Eleva trains practitioners who meet that moment — with rigor, ethics, and genuine presence.
Every module is designed against the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage standards. Every graduate sits the MBLEx prepared. Every cohort learns the business of bodywork as seriously as they learn the bodywork itself.
Every hour intentional. Every hour board-aligned.
Missouri requires 625 supervised clock hours for licensure. Eleva structures those hours around the modalities, sciences, and professional skills that produce confident, employable graduates.
Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, prenatal, hot stone, and trigger-point work.
Skeletal, muscular, nervous, lymphatic, and fascial systems.
Supervised student-clinic hours, advanced modalities, and integrative bodywork electives.
Professional ethics, scope of practice, Missouri massage law, and small-business fundamentals.
CPR/AED certification, first aid, hygiene, sanitation.

"I built Eleva because I wanted the school I never had."
Ashley Wychoff has spent the better part of two decades practicing, teaching, and refining therapeutic massage in Missouri. She founded Eleva to raise the standard of how new therapists are trained — clinically, ethically, and commercially.
Her belief: a great therapist is made, not born. And the making deserves a program that takes the craft as seriously as the student does.
Your career in therapeutic massage begins with a conversation.
