Ashley has spent nearly two decades building a career in therapeutic massage — in private practice, in busy clinics, and at the side of physical therapists and chiropractors helping clients return to a body that works.

Over those years she watched generation after generation of therapists graduate from programs that taught technique but not presence, that taught anatomy but not pain science, that taught massage but not business. They arrived in the field talented and earnest — and then left within five years, burnt out and underpaid.

Eleva is her answer. A school that takes the craft as seriously as the student does. A curriculum that prepares therapists not just to pass the board, but to last in the profession — to build a practice that pays them well, treats them well, and gives back to the community.
